Welcome to the Cornell University chapter of Habitat for Humanity!
Cornell Habitat is a student-led, student-run organization that prides itself on accomplishing the four functions of a Habitat campus chapter: To build, fundraise, educate, and advocate. Each and every weekend we are building and rehabilitating houses in partnership with local Habitat affiliates and homeowners.
We host a variety of events in order to educate the Cornell community about affordable housing issues and the work of Habitat for Humanity, and we also advocate the need for change to the current situation of sub-standard housing in Ithaca and beyond. Lastly, many fundraisers take place throughout the year in order to help us support the work of Habitat.
